.THIS IS HOW IT WORKS:
Within a period of 14 days after delivery, you have the option to make use of your right of withdrawal and return your order to us.
To exchange a product, please follow the same steps and simply create a new order with the correct product.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If you would like to return your product within Germany, please use our returns portal to create a DHL label / QR code.
If you are returning from outside Germany, please send the product to the following address:

As soon as the goods have arrived at our warehouse, we need approx. 5-10 working days to process the return.
MORE INFO
- Products must be returned unworn, intact and unused. We accept returns as long as the hangtags are still attached and there are no signs of wear (e.g. make-up, deodorant etc.).
- For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the following items back: Socks, wine.
- As soon as the goods have arrived in our warehouse and have been checked, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs incurred for outbound shipping will not be refunded.
