RETURNS & EXCHANGES
THIS IS HOW IT WORKS:
We want you to love our products as much as we do!
If you are not satisfied with the items you have purchased, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving them from and return your order to us.
Reduced items are excluded from direct exchange.
For returns within Germany, we charge a return fee of 7.40 €, which will then be deducted from your refund.
To exchange a product, please follow the same steps and simply create a new order with the correct product.
RETURN COSTS
If you want to return your product within Germany, please send an e-mail to support@wearepari.com.
If you are returning from outside Germany, please send the goods to the following address:

Once the goods have arrived at our warehouse, we need approx. 5-10 working days to process the return.
FURTHER
- The products must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused. We accept returns as long as the hangtags are still attached and there are no signs of wear (e.g. make-up, deodorant, etc.).
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of the following items: Bikini, Swimsuit, Swim Shorts, Socks, Wine & Pariegel.
- As soon as the goods have arrived in our warehouse and have been checked, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
- The shipping costs incurred for the outward shipment will not be refunded.
- Please note that the product KATZE IM SACK cannot be returned.
