Glad you've just finished the fourth round of RIPKYTCHEN in your hands. I enjoy the whole process so much every time so much fun every time and I hope that these vibes also make it into your kitchen. make it into your kitchen. 2022 was #CLEAN for me and I've been living healthier than I have ever been in my life. in my life. Preparation is half the trick life - or even the whole lunch. In this booklet you will find 13 lunches, each consisting of different recipes. That's why there are duplication of ingredients. Sounds more complicated than it is simply make a list, check what you have you have at home and then go shopping go shopping. On Saturdays you write the list and shop, on Sundays cooked on Sunday and your lunch for the coming week is set. Be it for the office, between two lectures, on the building site or at home on the couch. There's also dessert from time to time now and again, it's supposed to be fun ;-) Cook your way through RIPKYTCHEN #PREP you theoretically wouldn't have to worry about no longer have to worry about a balanced balanced lunch for a quarter. That's how easy it can be sometimes ... Of course, I didn't do all of this all this on my own, my wife Theresa, as always, took the lead the recipes.
